Mr. WANG Yungui

Mr. WANG Yungui, born in June 1963, is a senior economist with a master’s degree. He started working in Baotou Teachers’ College in July 1983. He joined Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Personnel Department in July 1991. Since then, he served consecutively as Deputy Division Chief, Division Chief, Deputy General Manager of Personnel Department, and Deputy Head of Organization Department of CPC Committee of ICBC. He became General Manager of Staff Training Department and Head of Publicity Department at CPC Committee of ICBC in July 2008. Starting from October 2012, he held the positions of General Manager of Human Resources Department, Head of Organization Department of CPC Committee, General Manager of Staff Training Department and Head of Publicity Department of CPC Committee of ICBC. Since April 2013, he served as General Manager of Human Resources Department and Head of Organization Department of CPC Committee of ICBC. He served as Secretary of the CPC Discipline Inspection Commission and CPC Committee Member at China Development Bank (CDB) since December 2016. He has been Executive Vice President of the Bank since June 2019.
