Mr. PENG Jiawen serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and concurrently Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Bank. Mr. PENG holds a bachelor degree in National Economic Planning from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. He is a senior economist. Mr. PENG joined the Bank in September 2001. He served successively as Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Planning and Finance Department at the Head Office, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Retail Overall Management Department at the Head Office, Deputy General Manager and Deputy Executive of the Bank's Retail Banking Group, Deputy Executive of the Bank's Retail Banking Group and concurrently General Manager of Retail Credit Department at the Head Office, Branch General Manager of Zhengzhou, General Manager of Assets and Liabilities Management Department at the Head Office, and Executive Assistant President of the Bank. Since November 2023, he has served as Executive Vice President of the Bank. Mr. PENG concurrently serves as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Bank.
