Mr. WANG Xiaoqing
Executive Vice President of the Bank

Mr. WANG Xiaoqing is Executive Vice President of the Bank and concurrently Chairman of China Merchants Fund, Cigna & CMB Life Insurance, Cigna & CMB Asset Management Company Limited, and Branch General Manager of Shenzhen. He obtained his doctoral degree in economics from Fudan University. Mr. Wang successively served as Assistant President, Vice President, Member and Deputy Secretary of the CPC committee, and Chair of the Voting and Decision-making Committee of PICC Asset Management Company from August 2007 to March 2020. He joined the Company in March 2020 and served successively as Party Secretary, General Manager and Chairman of China Merchants Fund. He has concurrently served as Chairman of Cigna & CMB Life Insurance since September 2021. He served as Executive Assistant President of the Bank and concurrently the Chairman of China Merchants Fund as well as Cigna & CMB Life Insurance since October 2021. He has concurrently served as Chairman of Cigna & CMB Asset Management Company Limited since November 2021. Since February 2023, Mr. Wang has concurrently served as Branch General Manager of Shenzhen. He has been Executive Vice President of the Bank since July 2023.
