Password management

Change your inquiry password; change your ATM pin number; reset your inquiry password and payment password for cities including Dongguan, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Shaoxing, Jinhua, Hefei, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Foshan, Qingdao, Harbin, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Yangzhou, Urumqi, Jinan, Yantai, Taiyuan, Chongqing, Dalian, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Tianjin, Kunming, Chengdu, Shenyang, Lanzhou, Xiamen and Nanchang.

All in one card loss reporting

Report the loss of your all-in-one card online to freeze your account. Complete the process within five days of submitting the online report to the branch at which your account was opened. The system will automatically activate your account if you fail to complete formal loss reporting formalities in five days.

Old and new account number inquiry

Inquire about previous 8-digit, 12-digit and 16-digit account numbers, and new 16-digit account numbers

Personal pension inquiry

Inquire about personal pension schemes, payment of contributions, balance changes, and pension balances

New card application

You can apply for new gold and Sunflower cards when your old card nears expiry. You will receive a new card within seven days, and you need to take your old card to the branch at which your account was opened. General cards have no valid term and do not require replacement.

Money transfer


All in one card money transfer

Transfer between your accounts, between all-in-one cards, and make credit card repayments by cash. Apply for this function at a CMB business office (you need your ID card).

Money transfer between time and current deposit accounts

Transfer between current and lump-sum time deposit sub-accounts.

Notice deposit transfer

Transfer between current and notice deposit sub-accounts.

Bank-securities money transfer

If you have opened a third-party custody account, you can transfer funds between the current deposit account and margin account.



Wealth management account money transfer

To invest in funds and entrusted financial products, you can transfer funds from a current deposit account to a wealth management account using your ATM password. Use your wealth management account password to transfer funds from your wealth management account to your current deposit account.

Foreign exchange settlement

Find out daily foreign exchange rates, perform exchange settlements and cancellation, and inquire about current-day and historical transactions.



Common bill payment

Apply for or cancel the online bill payment function. This service includes payments for phone and other household bills.

Insurance premium payment

Make payments to TaiKang life insurance, Ping An Life, and for asset insurance premiums.

Direct payment

After signing an agreement with CMB, you can transfer money from a current deposit account to a company account, including Tencent, CMF and SNDA.

If you have enabled the online payment service, you can query historical online payments (with a password).

Online payment limit management

If you have enabled the online payment service, you can adjust your online payment limits (with a password).

Telephone payment application

If you have enabled the telephone payment function on the online payment application page, you can settle a payment by calling 95555 with the preset phone number to submit a payment order. The highest daily cumulative limit is RMB5,000.

Inquire about and buy various entrusted financial products.

Surplus fund investment

Automatically invests funds in excess of the preset amount in the CMB Cash Appreciation Fund.

Assesses a customer’s ability to bear investment risks.

Loan management


Personal loan inquiry

Inquire about personal loan limits, term, start and end dates, and repayment mode.

Overdue loan inquiry

Inquire about the amount of a loan, balance, term, number of installments, start and end dates, interest settlement terms, interest rate, penalty interest, and number of overdue installments.

Inquire about loan limit, term, start and end dates, and the repayment mode.
