Application form/agreement: After opening a corporate settlement account, you can get the CMB U-Bank Service Agreement and CMB U-Bank Application Form at a CMB branch or download and print these documents on the Internet (3 copies for each document). You need seal each copy of the agreement with the corporate stamp and the application form with the specimen seal impression. If you use different specimen seal impressions for different accounts, you need to fill out a application form separately for each account. After choosing the U-BANK version, login method and services needed, please submit the application form(s) and agreement to the account opening branch. 

Application acceptance and approval: After your application is received, the account opening branch will check your identity and whether the application form(s) and agreement are filled out correctly. 

Customer service center maintenance: After the customer service center receives the application materials reviewed by the account opening branch, it will open the U-Bank account, and provide the system administrator password envelop, USB Key and USB Key password envelop.  

Installation: After you receive the password envelop, USB Key and USB Key password envelop, please download the latest version of U-Bank installation program and install it by following the instruction. If your USB Key is not a 33-type USB Key, you need to download and install the corresponding USB Key drive.  

System setting: If you use a proxy server in a LAN to obtain the Internet access, you might need to set the communication parameters. Click "Communication Settings" on the U-Bank login window to display the setting menu.
