IPO financing is provided for companies seeking liquidity while preparing for IPOs. Eligibility for the service is based on listing progress, proven business operations, and growth potential. It is designed to enable companies with strong forecasted growth, solid profitability, leading technologies, and government support to obtain finance by pledging receivables and IPRs. {Reserved listed companies and companies that have made IPO applications can obtain loans of up to RMB20 million (or 50% of the projected funds that will be raised by the IPO).
