Service Features How to Apply Service Channels
After applying for Self-service Transfer service over the counters of China Merchants Bank, you may use our Telephone Banking (Call Centre, service phone No.95555), ATMs, Self-service Banking Terminals and Personal Internet Banking service to transfer RMB or foreign currencies between "All-in-one-card" accounts and bankbook accounts.
Service Features
1. High autonomy: You can initiate a transaction any time by yourself;
2. Convenient and efficient: You may transfer proceeds between your intra-city accounts held with China Merchants Bank via various service channels offered by CMB.
3. Easily managing your proceeds: Through non-over-the-counter service channels provided by China Merchants Bank in the city where you opened your accounts, you can transfer RMB or foreign currencies between "All-in-one-card" accounts and bankbook accounts registered under same resident ID number;
Through ATM, you can transfer your RMB proceeds to an "All-in-one-card" current savings account of another person with the same city. (Inter-city transfer service of RMB via ATM to All-in-one-card current savings accounts held by other persons will be available soon).

How to Apply
1. Please carry your ID, your bank cards and bankbooks registered under same ID number to any banking offices of China Merchants Bank to fill in "China Merchants Bank Self-service Transfer Service Application Form" and complete the application.
2. For changes of your current savings in both RMB and foreign currencies into Time Deposits within the same All-in-one-card, you do not have to apply over counters. The service is available to you automatically.
