- Fixed deposit receipt whose withdrawal is protected by password is honored at any banking offices of China Merchants Bank within the same city of issuance.
- Fixed deposit receipt account information inquiry is not available through channels such as ATM, self-service banking terminals, and Call Centre (Service phone No.:95555)
- Deposits in different currencies do not share the same receipt.
- Automatic renewal service when due provided to avoid interest loss.
- Partial withdrawal of principal in advance is allowed for once only throughout the deposit term.
- In case of emergency, collateral loan against fixed deposit receipt is provided.
How to apply
Please carry your valid identity documents to a banking office of China Merchants Bank for issuance of such fixed deposit receipt. The agents applying on behalf of the others should also present their own ID papers.
