With "Fee and charge Collect" service, the service provider (consigner) signs a written collect contract with its service subscribers (depositors), China Merchants Bank signs fee collect contract with the consigner, collecting certain fees and charges (such as utility charges, and cable TV service fee) from its subscribers according to collect list or magnetic disc provided by the consigner; or depositors consign CMB to pay fees and charges from their respective accounts for the services.

How to Apply:
You need to open a personal savings account at the designated bank and sign the collect contract with the bank or service provider. Please keep sufficient balance in your account. For your convenience please apply for self-help transfer service between your accounts to replenish the balance.
