Unicom-"All-in-one-card" Telecom Service is a long-distance call and internet-access service jointly proved by China Merchants Bank and China Unicom Telecommunication Co., Ltd., (referred to as China Unicom hereinafter) which pays fee from China Merchants Bank's All-in-one-cards, provides ordinary long-distance call (193300), IP long-distance call (17910) and internet access (165) service via the telecom network of China Unicom.

How to Apply

1.	Application for Activation: The clients may apply to activate this service over the counters of China Merchants Bank, or through Telephone Banking (service phone No.:95555). The All-in-one-card with which the clients intend to apply for Unicom Telecom service must be protected by password for cash withdrawal, and the ID to which the account has been registered should be the resident ID. When applying over counters, the clients must present their ID; when applying through Telephone Banking, the client must key in correct ID number.
2.	Usage Instruction: Note: When keying in the All-in-one-card number, if the card you are holding is the new version (China Unionpay Card), directly input the 16-digit card number; however, in case of an old-version card, please input 6688 first, followed by the 12-digit number appearing on the card. (Four of the digits are regional code).
3.	Inquiry of Balance of Pre-paid Account: For 193300 long distance calls: Dial 193300, then follow the voice prompt; For 17910 IP calls: Dial 17910, then follow the voice prompt; For 165 dial-up service: Please inquire through China Unicom’s website http://www.cnuninet.com.
