If you need to settle all sorts of fees and charges for daily services, you may avail yourself of China Merchants Bank's "Self-help Fee Payment" service (please consult your local CMB for detailed items of fees and charges), and pay the fees and charges to contracted service providers through self-help channels such as Telephone Banking and Internet Banking.

Service Features

1.	Convenient and fast: You may apply, and pay fees and charges by Telephone Banking, Internet Banking and Self-service banking terminals of China Merchants Bank. It saves your time and trouble.
2.	Simple operation and clear prompts: After application, you may pay your fees and charges through self-help service channels such as Telephone Banking upon due time. All transactions are processed immediately with clear feedback to you.
3.	All is up to clients: Every time before payment, client will know the exact amount due. It is different from traditional Fee Payment Collect service which client's account is deducted "passively". Clients are usually more happy with the service;
4.	Safe: clients will have to apply for the service before hand; China Merchants Bank will verify client's ID number and withdrawal password before confirming the clients' application.

How to Apply

Holders of All-in-one-card and RMB bankbook registered under resident ID numbers may apply for the service by their respective passwords through China Merchants Bank's self-help channels such as Telephone Banking, Internet Banking and Self-service banking terminals, or counters.

2.

When applying through self-help service channels, clients may apply for different types of fee peyment items, but the same type of payment items share a single fee payment serial number (or as rules made or adopted by local branches). In case a client wants to apply for more than one settlement serial number under the same fee settlement item, he or she needs to apply in writing for these numbers.
