How to Apply
Please take your valid ID and your "All-in-one-card"/bankbook to any designated offices of China Merchants Bank to apply for "Bank Fund Express" function designed for investment in open fund products; upon confirmation by corresponding fund management companies registration department, you may immediately access the services.
Clients who do not have All-in-one-card accounts or bankbook accounts please open accounts over counters before application.

Service Channels

1.	Channel for account opening: counters of CMB;
2.	Channels for subscription, purchase application, fund conversion, refund and oral report of lost fund code card: counters of China Merchants Bank, Internet Banking and Telephone Banking;
3.	Channels for transfer of proceeds: counters of China Merchants Bank, Internet Banking and Self-service banking Terminals;
4.	Channels for conversion to trusteeship, report of lost fund code card/revoke previous report, block a fund account/release a blocked account, non-trading title transfer, print transaction confirmation report: counters of China Merchants Bank.
5.	China Merchants Bank's designated offices provide all agent service of open fund operations.
