Service Features

1.	Proceeds for buying stocks kept safely in bank: clients may manage proceeds safely through all sorts of service channels provided by CMB
2.	Transfer of proceeds is not subject to limit of banking hours: You may transfer proceeds in your current account to the investment and financial management special account via many service channels such as Internet, telephone, mobile phone, and palm PC, to capture chances for profits in market; you may also transfer proceeds from the special account to your current account for other purposes, not subject to limit of banking hours at counters.

How to Apply

1.	Please take the following documents to any counters of China Merchants Bank for application: ·Original identity proof; ·"All-in-one-card" (ordinary card, gold card or platinum card) or current deposit bankbook; ·Shareholder Code Card;
2.	While applying, please set the password for your "investment and financial management special account" and the service will be immediately available.
3.	With successful application of "Bank Securities Express" service (designated transaction required for Shanghai Exchange Market), you may transfer from your "All-in-one-card" or bankbook current account to investment and financial management special account in it and then you can trade any kind of securities!

Service Definition
"Bank Security Companies Express" is also known as "Bank-Securities Companies Transfer of Account", with which, clients are able to transfer proceeds between security guaranty proceeds account and All-in-one-card current account through various service channels offered by China Merchants Bank or contracted security companies.

1.	Application Channels: Over the counters of contracted security companies or China Merchants Bank (B-share investors please apply only at security companies) .
2.	Service Channels: Telephone Banking (service phone No.95555) or telephone numbers publicized by contracted security companies; Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and banking offices of China Merchants Bank.

How to Apply

For A-shares investors, they have two alternatives for application: over the counters of contracted security companies, or over the counters of CMB; for B-share investors, they will have to apply over the counters of security companies only.

1)	For A-share investors applying for "Bank Security Companies Express" over the counters of contracted security companies: Please carry the following documents to their accounts: ·Your own valid ID ·"All-in-one-card" ·A-share Shareholder Code Card (or Special Account for Mutual Funds Card or Special Account for Government Bonds Card) ·Guaranty Fund Account Card ·Service via telephone Banking or internet Banking available right after your successful application.
2)	For A-shares investors applying over the counters of China Merchants Bank: This approach is only applicable to "All-in-one-card" holders who have yet to open guaranty proceeds accounts at CMB's contracted security companies. You may proceed to the designated counters of CMB and open your guaranty proceeds account with contracted security companies, as well as activate your "Bank Securities Express" service. Please carry the following documents to designated counters of CMB: ·Your own "All-in-one-card" ·Your ID card ·A-share Shareholder Code Card (or Special Account for Mutual Fund Card or Special Account for Government Bonds Card) ·After two working days, you may proceed to your contracted security companies and pre-set password of your guaranty proceeds account, and confirm the activation of the function.
3)	For B-shares investors applying for "Bank Securities Express" over the counters of contracted security companies: You may carry your own valid ID, "All-in-one-card", B-share Shareholder Code Card to their counters.
