On-line payment as well as transaction inquiry can be done 24-hours a day via internet.

1)

Channels for application: counter, Telephone Banking at 95555, Personal Internet Banking Professional Edition;

2)

Channels for fund transfer and inquiry of on-line settlement special account: Telephone Banking at 95555, Self-service banking terminals, Personal Internet Banking General Edition, Personal Internet Banking Professional Edition.

Application Procedures

1)

Over-the-counter application: Please take your ID and All-in-one-card to counters of CMB in the city where you opened your account;

2)

On-line application: via CMB' s Personal Internet Banking service;

3)

Application through Telephone Banking: You may dial 95555, the hotline for China Merchants Bank' s Telephone Banking service for human-aided application.
