It is a specially tailored product for transactions under open account contract wherein T/T payment terms are called for.

Upon arrival of goods, as the importer, you may apply for this service whereby CMB may advance you the payment to the exporter. You are to repay this advance after the goods are sold and the proceeds are received.

If you are an exporter, you may also apply to CMB for this Contract Advance, which will be repaid after the importer settles the payment for goods.

Before you apply for a contract advance, you need to apply to CMB for a T/T Finance facility, which may be granted after assessment of your financial status.
