Installation of On-line Corporate Banking System

1. Start to install On-line Corporate Banking System

• This program is designed for operating systems of Windows 95, 2000 and XP, but Windows 2000 or above is recommended.
• Download the lasted version of client program "FirmBank4.0.exe" to your local computer from "On-line Corporate Banking Community" (/corporate+business) of the Corporate Business page at China Merchants Bank "All-in-one-net" website.
• If you are running On-line Corporate Banking client program, please terminate this program.
• Run setup program "FirmBank4.0.exe"
• Enter installation wizard, click on "Setup" to continue; click on "Cancel" to exit setup program.
• Enter installation wizard, which introduces features of Corporate Banking service. Click on "Next" to continue, click on "Cancel" to exit setup program.
• Enter Edition Reminder interface. Click on "Next" to continue, click on "Cancel" to exit setup program, click on "backward" to return to last interface.
• Enter Log-in Mode selection interface. If you have installed digital certification card, please click on "digital certification card," and please install the driver of this digital certification card before logging in.
• Otherwise, please click on "non-digital certification card." Click on "Next" to continue, click on "Cancel" to exit setup program, click on "backward" to return to last interface.
• Enter Directory Selection interface. Please select the directory where you wish to install the On-line Corporate Banking System. In case of system upgrading or re-installation, you may not change the directory. Click on "Next" to continue, click on "Cancel" to exit setup program, click on "backward" to return to last interface.
• Enter Start Installation interface. Click on "Start" to install the On-line Corporate Banking System,, click on "Cancel" to exit setup program, click on "backward" to return to last interface.
• Installation finished. Congratulations message appears on screen. Click on "Finish" to finish the setup process.

2. Installation of Digital Identification Card Drive

• Important: No need to download and install this driver if you are using Windows 2000 operating system or the higher versions.
• You may download the setup program PCSCInst.exe for Digital Identification Card Drive from "On-line Corporate Banking Community" of the Corporate Business page at China Merchants Bank "All-in-one-net" website.
• Run PCSCInst.exe, the setup program for Digital Identification Card Drive. (Please connect your digital certification card drive to your computer before running this program.)
• Enter Installation Preference interface. Please select your model of Digital Identification Card Drive as well as the serial port it is connected to. If you wish to reboot your computer immediately after you finish installing the drive program, you may also tick the box next to "Reboot the computer immediately after setup finishes". Click on "Yes" to continue, click on "Cancel" to exit installation program. (Important: Driver program will not work until the computer is rebooted.)
• Start Setup dialogue box  on the screen. Click on "Yes" to continue.
• Installation finished. Click on "Yes" to finish the setup process.

3. Update your On-line Corporate Banking System

In case you wish to update your On-line Corporate Banking System, you may locate information on the latest version of On-line Corporate Banking in the homepage of the China Merchants Bank. Download this version of installation program, run this file, and then follow the prompts, On-line Corporate Banking System will be automatically installed into your computer.
