The China Merchants Bank works together with securities companies to build this service system. The client opens an “investment and fund management special account under his or her China Merchants Bank “All-in-one-card” or current deposit account to serve as his or her guaranty fund account and clearing account for securities trading, and then buys or sells securities through seats at the securities companies via phone calls to the securities companies or to the bank, the Internet, mobile phones and other consignment systems.
