With the mandate credit by policy-related bank, the China Merchants Bank signs “Trusteeship General Agreement” with the China Imports and Exports Bank and China Development Bank, respectively, to assume seller’s credit business and the Central External Trade Development Project for the China Imports and Exports Bank; and to assume mandate credit business for the China Development Bank. The China Merchants Bank is responsible for release and transfer the mandate loans, settlement pertinent to the loans, establishment of settlement of the borrowers, assistance in monitoring use of loans, and recover the loan principle and due interest, etc.
