Legal person account overdraft is a loan service, with which, the China Merchants Bank promises its clients that in case of insufficient balance on their settlement accounts, they can directly overdraw from their respective accounts within a quota negotiated between the bank and the clients.

Service Methods

1.	Overdraft quota for a particular client is subjected to annual re-assessment, and the longest period should not exceed one year, but the quota can be recycled;
2.	Clients are allowed to borrow and repay anytime; first borrowed, first repaid;
3.	Overdraft period refers to the actual duration of a case of overdraft, which can be as long as 6 months.
