Conditions for Discount Loan Application

·	Discount applier is a corporate legal person, or economic entity authorized by a legal person to have the independent accountability;
·	The applier must have opened a settlement account at the China Merchants Bank;
·	The bill for discount should have legal commodity trading background, and stay in line with articles in the "commercial instrument law";
·	The accepting bank of this bill should be one that is recognized by the China Merchants Bank.

Procedure for Discount Loan Application
The applier is expected to satisfy the requirements for circulating fund loan application; submit its application documents, as well as trade contract and a photocopy of pertinent value-added official receipt.
