·	Apart from the conditions required for circulating fund loans, the applier should also satisfy the following requirements:
·	Projects of technological renovation, infrastructure construction already permitted and listed in national or regional development plan;
·	"Construction License", "Investment License" and "Launch License" or imports permission from concerned administrative authorities;
·	Circulating fund largely secured for operations after accomplishment of projects;
·	Self-raised fund accounting for no less than 30 percent of the total investment.

Compulsory Documents Needed for Fixed Assets Loans Application

·	Apart from the documents required for circulating fund loans, the applier should also produce the following papers:
·	Project Feasibility Research Report;
·	Other permissions and licenses issued for the projects by concerned administrative authorities.
