Guaranty Services offered by China Merchants Bank

·	Guaranties for execution of contracts. Including bidding guaranty, execution of contract guaranty, project advance payment guaranty, project maintenance guaranty, project obligation fund guaranty, etc.
·	Payment guaranty. Including installment payment guaranty, L/C guaranty for imports of equipment, etc.
·	Debt guaranty. Including loan guaranty and financial leading guaranty.
·	Other guaranty services. Including duty payment (custom) guaranty, overdraft guaranty, bill guaranty, cargo guaranty, etc.

Conditions for Guaranty

·	Must be corporate legal persons who have opened accounts at the China Merchants Bank;
·	With the capacity and will to execute the contracts under guaranty terms;
·	With actual business activities;
·	With a certain amount of honor money on CMB’s account, and capable of counter-guarantee for the differential part;
·	Other conditions deemed necessary by the China Merchants Bank.
