The Custody Department includes 3 divisions, which are Examination & Settlement, Auditing & monitoring, and General Administration. It also set up a branch in Shanghai. In order to be responsible for the investors and the investment managers, the Custody Department has been always working to its best on building up the mechanism of institution, technical support, risk control, and qualified employees, etc.

Institution mechanism: more than 20 internal rules and guidelines has been set up in respect of business management, operational procedure, accounting, internal control monitoring to ensure a standard,  scientific and systematic custodian operation.

Technical support: high speed satellite system for receiving securities data is utilized to collect real time data from Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges. Through designated Connection with CSDCC to get data of transactions, safe and punctual delivery of securities settlement is guaranteed. We have also developed a stable and matured software system for accounting, examination and settlement, evaluation and monitoring to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Double backup mechanism also ensures consistent system operation. 

Risk control:  Separate office area, video monitoring system in the office area, 24 hour telephone recording monitoring system, internal monitoring guidelines as well as our professional monitoring staff to ensure the safety of all sensitive information.

Qualified employees: currently, all the employees have bachelor education or above. They are contributive, experienced and highly professional. The overall quality of conduct, qualification, profession and technical expertise guarantees the smooth running of the custodian operation.
