Each applicant can apply for a loan of RMB20 million at most for car purchase, house décor, traveling and study abroad. The amount of the loan reaches 70% of the contractual price, with the longest term of 30 years. Borrowers can enjoy the "repayment at any time" and "convenient consumption" functions. The credit limit is revolving, therefore reducing the interest.
Materials to be provided:
1. ID card and marriage certificate
2. Property ownership certificate
3. Domicile certificate [Provide one if there are several]:
Water, power, gas, telephone or property management fee bill
4. Income certificate [Provide one if there are several]:
Salary certificate/bank transaction record/income tax roll/social security record/others
5. Borrowing purpose certificate: transaction certification materials
