Each applicant can be granted with a loan of RMB3 million at most, with the longest term of 2 years, after completing simple formalities.
Materials to be provided:
1. ID card and marriage certificate
2. Property ownership certificate
3. Domicile certificate [Provide one if there are several]:
Water, power, gas, telephone or property management fee bill
4. Income certificate [Provide one if there are several]:
Salary certificate/bank transaction record/income tax roll/social security record/others
5. Borrowing purpose certificate: transaction certification materials
